Rotocuring machine for rubberbelt industry

Custom mechanical engineering is part of our daily activities. Thanks to our many years of knowledge and experience, we are therefore able to produce adapted types according to the customer’s wishes. This roto-curer recently was shipped to a producer of rubber belts in Russia. What is this machine for? Via our roto-cure machine, individual preformed rubber belts can be vulcanized or ‘cured’. Using steam, the non-vulcanized soft rubber belts are “baked” until hard, retaining flexibility and providing extreme tensile strength. In addition, this machine also has the possibility to build these individual belts together with a rubber and / or textile connection layer via the banded belt application, which was integrated on the roto-curer, so that multibelts can be made.
