Question of the customer

At our customer, they use these frames/racks to transport various building materials to their different departments. Our assignment consists of adapting the frames so that they can be moved more smoothly and more conveniently with a forklift.

Our approach

This is achieved by providing the chassis with 2 box profiles and partially burning out the L-profiles. At the time of the adjustments, a general check of the bins is also carried out and additional repairs are also tackled such as:

– Making the frame right again

– Fixing defects in the structure

– Renew intermediate tubes

– Grinding and re-welding of cracked welds

– Frame permissions

– Replace worn parts Result:

Result

The customer can now move these frames more efficiently using a forklift and saves a lot of time. These improved racks can also be used again for many years.
