3-in-1 cutter // Machine to test the quality of the interlayer between safety glass

Our customer produces the interlayer of safety glass (windows). For example, the windscreen of your car is made of this safety glass. In the event of glass breakage, no glass shards come loose due to this intermediate layer.

The machine prepares test plates with which the adhesive strength of the intermediate layer on the glass is measured. This test or quality control of the production process must be done very frequently, hence the need for our machine.

The entire machine is designed by De Pecker Gent and is also fully assembled in our workshop. After the test setup, the machine is ready for export. This is already the third similar machine that we supply to the customer, this time a version for their American location.
